燥的低晗值的空气在风机的作用下由底部入风网进入塔内,热水流经填料表面时形成水膜和空气进行热交换,高湿度高晗值的热风从顶部抽出,冷却水滴入底盆内,经出水管流入主机。一般情况下,进入塔内的空气、是干燥低湿球温度的空气,水和空气之间明显存在着水分子的浓度差和动能压力差,当风机运行时,在塔内静压的作用下,水分子不断地向空气中蒸发,成为水蒸气分子,剩余的水分子的平均动能便会降低,从而使循环水的温度下降。从以上分析可以看出,蒸发降温与空气的温度(通常说的干球温度吴夹客)低于或高于水温无关,只要水分子能不断地向空气中蒸发,水温就会降低。但是,水向空气中的蒸发不会无休止地进行下去。当与水接触的空气不饱和时,水分子不断地向空气中蒸发,但当水气接触面上的空气达到饱和时,水分子就蒸发不出去,而是处于一种动平衡状态。蒸发出去的水分子数量等于从空气中返回到水中的水分子的数量,水温保持不变。由此可以看出,与水接触的空气越干燥,蒸发就越容易进行,水温就容易降低。

分类

一、按通风方式分有自然通风冷却塔、机械通风冷却塔、混合通风冷却塔。

二、按热水和空气的接触方式分有湿式冷却塔、干式冷却塔、干湿式冷却塔。

三、按热水和空气的流动方向分有逆流式冷却塔、横流(交流)式冷却塔、混流式冷却塔。

通风筒的喉部直径zui小,当计算壳体受压稳定时,壳壁zui薄,由此向上直径逐渐增大构成气流出口扩散段,塔顶处设有刚性环,喉部以下按双曲线形逐渐扩大,下段壳壁也相应加厚,形成一个具有一定刚度的下环梁。通风筒也可做成截头锥壳或组合锥壳,或用钢构架外包木护板或石棉水泥护板的多边形塔筒。德国在施梅豪森的核电站的一座高146米的干式冷却塔中采用了网索结构的塔筒,外包铝质护板,外包铝质护板,具有较好的抗震和抗风性能。

工作原理

自动旋转雾化式冷却塔是通过循环冷却水吴夹客与冷、干空气的热传导和循环冷却水的蒸发带走气化潜热而达到降低水温的目的。具有一定压力的循环冷却水经进水管进入冷却塔,在雾化器的旋流喷射作用下,被雾化成直径为0.1mm的雾汽向塔顶方向喷射,喷射产生的反推力带动自动旋转装置旋转,致使雾化水充满整个塔体。安装在塔顶的轴流风机旋转,将周围环境的冷、干空气通过进风窗强行吸入冷却塔内与循环冷却水进行传质、传热。雾化器喷射出的雾化水流流速很快,并具有夹带、卷吸作用,使雾化器周围产生一定负压,加大了冷却塔从周围环境的抽风量和进风流速,同时带动底部空气向上流动,致使冷、干空气与水雾混合、接触更充分(气水比可达1.2左右),雾化水流的颗粒得到了进一步细化,直径可降至0.01mm,气、水充分混合后的雾气流向上喷射至安装在塔顶的收水器上,水被截留并以水帘状重新返回冷却塔内,空气和水中的热量经由收水器排出塔外。
